The AGM of Cumann na mBunscol Mhaigh Eo was held in the Mayo Education Centre on Thursday night, Nov 5th.

Owing to the huge volume of work involved in running this organisation every year it was decided that we will hold an Activities Meeting in early spring. The full committee will attend and all 9 areas are asked to send at least one representative.

The main purpose of this meeting will be to devolve some of the organisation of our activities including:

  • Mini 7s
  • Divisional Semis and Finals
  • Quiz
  • Handball
  • Exhibitions
  • Small schools’ blitz
  • Rounders

It was also proposed by the Chair that following on from the successful introduction of Division 1B in football over the past two years, we will endeavor to set up  a Division 2B.
